Cancellation Policy

We have a 24hr cancellation policy and you may be asked to pay the treatment fee if cancelling your appointment within 24hrs. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us as much notice as you can so that we can offer the treatment slot to someone else, as we often have a cancellation wait list

We understand the unpredictable nature of Covid and requirements for isolation and will obviously make exceptions for Covid related cancellations
