A progressive 8 week program of 1:1 movement training, based on the tasks that are specific to your life. You may be looking to improve your golf swing, improve your squatting and bending, make yourself stronger for gardening, walking or running.
It is vital that our movements and exercises reflect the tasks that we want to be better at, as well as being tailored to your individual needs and abilities. During this program you will learn to move more successfully and leave with exercises that you can incorporate in your day to day life going forward.
